HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at CAMBIAR@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that you have 30 days from receipt of your order to make the return. After this period, your product will not be accepted for return.
(In accordance with Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the organization of retail trade, amended by Law 47/2002 of 19 December)
If you decide to return an order, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Our customer service team will review the return request and send additional instructions if the return is approved. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were sent to you and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals or broken plastic sheets will not be accepted. If the condition of the product returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to return or exchange it. Products that have been customized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include items purchased from retailers, incorrect products purchased and products damaged due to mishandling by the customer. CAMBIAR.com reserves the right to refuse any return.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please contact our customer service at CAMBIAR@gmail.com to initiate the return or exchange procedure. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
- Complete shipping address
- Phone number
In some cases, it may be requested to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to be refunded or replaced.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
The processing of returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed. A refund will be credited for the returned item(s), excluding all shipping and handling charges. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling fees .
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY VOUCHER?
All refunds will be credited with a voucher for the same amount as the order to be returned.
Once we receive your order, our quality team will check it to ensure that it is in its original condition.
After this process, you will receive an email with the voucher.
This voucher will be valid for 12 months
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
We allow you to change the details of an order or cancel it within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, send an email to email@example.com and our team will be happy to help you.
Please note that after 24 hours, our products are already packaged and ready to ship, so we cannot change the details of your order.
