The legal notice and the general terms and conditions of use, or terms of use, are intended for all those who are about to create a page or a website. This document is adapted to the European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the recent Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights.

This document contains, in general, a number of references or legal notices that will serve to regulate the conditions of access, navigation and use of the site or page by Internet users. It also includes the rights, obligations and responsibilities to which the parties are subject to each other when accessing, consulting and using the website.

The inclusion of a legal notice and general conditions of use ensures a high level of trust and legal security for each of the websites on the Internet.

There is also another set of legal notices - the general terms and conditions of sale - which are sometimes presented with the legal notice and the general terms and conditions of use, but which should not be confused with each other as their content differs. Thus, while the legal notice regulates the conditions under which Internet users access, navigate and use the website, the general conditions of sale regulate the conditions under which orders or purchase requests are made on the website and establish the rights, obligations and responsibilities that correspond to each part of said sale.

On the other hand, if you simply wish to prepare a document that contains rules on how the personal data of the users of a page or website is collected and managed, as well as on the cookies used by it, the privacy policy of a website is used.
