WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Orders generally take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive, although we have recently seen an improvement in shipping speed. We advise you to allow this time before contacting us.
We offer a money back guarantee if your order does not arrive within 30 business days of shipping.
WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and are usually accompanied by a confirmation email. Occasionally emails are never received, in which case, please contact us so that we can provide you with all the information regarding your order.
MY ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN OR DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the event that your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please take pictures and send them to us by email to the following address CAMBIAR@gmail.com. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to boxes, crates or other packaging. We always take care to protect all products in the best possible way. However, it is the responsibility of the couriers to handle them with care.
IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We always do our best to cancel your order, but if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel it. If you still wish to cancel a refund, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. We will refund this 30% when your order arrives and you decide to keep it or when the item is returned to us, simply send us an email to confirm receipt of the item and your decision.
If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes until your order has been shipped. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to exchange it, but we will always appreciate a return if you wish.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT CAN I DO?
First of all, don't worry, it's on its way. If your order has taken more than 4 weeks to ship, please contact us and we will check it for you. Please wait until the time is up before contacting us. We offer a money back guarantee or your order will be returned to you.
I HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you made a mistake in entering the address, please contact us as soon as possible at our email address. If your order has not yet been shipped, we have the possibility to modify it and send it to your correct address, otherwise, if it has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do.
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The tracking number should normally appear with the confirmation email. If you have not received it, please contact us so that we can provide you with the tracking number as soon as possible.
